
Candance Flaming
Candance's family has deep roots, 120 years, in the South County area. She has a strong connection with her community. Candance is currently serving as the Club Leader of El Dorado County's Happy Sundowners 4-H club in Somerset. In this role, Candance teaches youth the skills of running a community-based organization.

Melanie Edman-Osmer
Melanie had been a resident of Grizzly Flats for over 10 years prior to the Caldor Fire and returned in October '22 after rebuilding in the community she's grown to love. A member of the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce, she serves as a Diplomat and runs two home-based businesses.

Amanda Keck
Amanda was born and raised in El Dorado County. She moved to Grizzly Flats in 2019. She has served the community working in low income programs through El Dorado County Health & Human Services for over 18 years.

Dr. John Taylor
Dr. Taylor is a local Chiropractor, Chairman for the Local Spiritual Assembly of the Bahai's of El Dorado County, member of the Kiwanis Club of Placerville, and past president of the Sacramento area Gonstead Clinical Study Society. As a local resident, John would like to use his skills to rebuild the community in South County.

Robin Kelley
Retired after 18 years of teaching at Walt Tyler Elementary, Robin has served in leadership positions with Chi State Learning is for Everyone (LIFE) Foundation, Grizzly Flats Fire Safe Council, and DKG Society, International as president of local chapter, area director and treasurer at both local and state levels.

Matt Nunley
Matt moved to Grizzly Flats in 2015 and worked for 35 years as a software engineer for various tech companies, retiring from Intel Corporation in 2022. Matt is a member of the Grizzly Flats Fire Safe Council. Since the Caldor Fire he's been working in the community building sheds and milling lumber for those in need.

Barbara Strauss Tyrrell
Barbara Strauss Tyrrell learned about Grizzly Flats at a very young age since her father was the civil engineer to Tom Porter the developer. She eventually moved into her parents dream house after successfully retiring from 43 years in the commercial Office Furniture industry. She previously was involved in fundraising for LLS, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as well as the Alliance in Roseville (a family support group that creates a safety net for foster kids emancipating at 18) and now wants to give back to her local community by joining the South County Alliance.
